Precision Shopfit and AFD Shopfit are two trade names, one operation — the same leadership, the same in-house carpentry crew, the same subcontractor network. Together since 1990.
AFD Shopfit opened its doors in 1990 with a small carpentry workshop and a handful of mall fit-out contracts. The founding team was hands-on from day one — directors on site, drawings on the workbench, problems solved before they reached the brand.
By 2017, the operation had grown well beyond a single trade name. Precision Shopfit Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated to hold the international retail contracts, while AFD continues to run alongside it. Same office. Same workshop. Same team.
Together we've delivered retail projects for thirteen international brands across eight states — from anchor flagships at Suria KLCC and Pavilion KL to outlet boutiques at Mitsui Sepang and Genting Premium Outlet. Most of our subcontractors have been with us for two decades.
"Quality, Value and Consistency of Delivery are key pillars of our commitment to our clients. We live by these words and practice a true hands-on management approach to every project."
We're not the cheapest. We don't try to be. Every finish is built to last the full lease term and beyond — vitrines, fitting rooms, casework, brand walls.
Mall handover dates don't move. Neither do we. We plan around your opening date and protect it — through mall approvals, procurement, and trade sequencing.
Our directors are on site, not just on email. You'll get a team that has been working together for 20+ years — daily site presence, weekly director visits minimum.
Your first point of contact. Carey scopes new projects, runs the initial brand alignment, and stays close through delivery.
Site supervision and technical delivery. How owns the schedule, the trade sequencing, and the snag list — and he's on site daily.
